Vice Chancellor Message
Prof. (Dr.) Bimal N. Patel, serves as the Vice Chancellor of the Rashtriya Raksha University, the Pioneering security and police university of India. Dr Patel also serves as a Member of the National Security Advisory Board (NSAB) of India. A distinguished educationalist, jurist and administrator, Dr Patel is renowned for his scholarship in field of international law and international relations across the globe.
During his professional career of nearly thirty years, Dr Patel has served in various roles such as the Director at the Gujarat National Law University, Member of the 21 st Law Commission of India among others. A former international servant, Dr Patel has worked for fifteen years at International Organisations such as the United Nations of Youth and the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) at the Hague, Netherlands.
