Vice Chancellor Message

• AISECT University, Jharkhand was established by All Indian Society for Electronics and Computer Technology (AISECT) and Govt. of Jharkhand Act No.-12 2016 as first private university located in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. The university strives to establish a harmonic balance between the academic departments' diverse wings. The Heads of different Departments are the life line of the university and the Director is the guiding spirit. The Admistrative Department is the backbone of our University and plays the pivotal role behind our effort to turn this education institution into a centre of excellence. We have renowned academicians who take active interest to improve the teaching-learning process. We have the aim to transform the university into a learning temple where the industry-academic relationship can flourish. Our goal has been to maintain our commitment to spreading knowledge among the new era 'technocrats,' while also recognizing the importance of good moral development for postmodern pupils. We've tried to instill a sense of collective responsibility in our staff so that they can understand the concept of service to students and feel at ease even when executing their office services. As a result, it is our most important responsibility to assist in the generation of ideas that will benefit society, as well as to educate and train people to work in domains where their specialized knowledge will be valued. Our ability to investigate, communicates, and solves problems needs to be developed on a regular basis. Alliances with research institutes, as well as partnerships with the government and other organizations, must be formed quickly to solve these difficulties. To ensure the quality of our academic programs and the excellence of our teaching, learning, and research, we should leave no stone unturned.

• As Vice-Chancellor, it is an honour and privilege for me to convey that AISECT University is the result of hard work and collaboration from all corners. In today's quickly changing society, the University's ability to adapt, evolve, and serve as the cornerstone of knowledge creation is more crucial than ever. With so much more work ahead of us, let us take up the challenge and work together to raise this university to new heights. My proud would be to lead university in achieving international distinction for knowledge based creativity, innovation and excellence in academic and scientific research in the face of huge challenges and limited resources. My thoughts are to provide an exceptional education to the common person, to encourage critical thinking, personal growth, and a passion for learning in students. My struggle would, to be an exemplary employer who makes a positive impact in my community by creating an environment that allows all employees to reach their full potential and where there is a shared passion for excellence and a commitment to value integrity, quality, service, equality, teamwork, and mutual respect. As it is now, my character and personality are dedicated, honest, ethical, and responsible stewardship of financial, physical, and environmental resources. My leadership would endeavour to promote economic growth and development by bringing together productive partners from academia, industry, and government. In addition, advanced inventive attitudes and entrepreneurial spirit would be encouraged among university students, faculty, and staff. My ultimate end would be to uplift social place and quality of life through teaching, research, analysis and extension. Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.
