 Bachelor of Design (B.Des.) is an undergraduate degree program that focuses on developing creativity and design skills across various fields, including fashion, graphic design, industrial design, and interior design. The course typically lasts for 4 years and is structured to equip students with a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in design principles, tools, and techniques. During the program, students learn about visual communication, design history, human-centered design, and digital media, while working on real-world projects and internships. Graduates of the B.Des. program are well-prepared for careers in design studios, advertising agencies, fashion houses, and product development companies, with a strong foundation in both aesthetics and functionality.
