Ph.D. in Kriya Shareera

Understanding the human body's processes and functions in accordance with Ayurvedic principles is the main goal of a Ph.D. program in Kriya Shareera (Ayurvedic Physiology). This program, which usually lasts 3-5 years, examines ideas such dosha, dhatu, and mala (body humors, tissues, and waste products) and how they contribute to health maintenance. Students do study on the physiological facets of Ayurveda, such as metabolism, digestion, and how lifestyle choices affect physiological processes. Graduates are equipped to work as researchers, teachers, or Ayurvedic practitioners, furthering our knowledge of Ayurvedic physiology in integrative and holistic medicine.
