PhD Statistics is a 2-year Doctoral course in Statistics which can be pursued on completion of Master’s degree. 

This doctoral course is a branch of Mathematics that deals with the collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of numerical data. This program can be used for the measurement systems’ variability, control processes for abridging data, and for making data-driven choices.

This program is a branch of study that takes within a broad spectrum of academic disciplines ranging from Physical to Humanities and Social Sciences. The study of Statistics involves both Mathematical as well as Applied Statistics. 

To be considered eligible to apply to this program, candidates are required to have passed M.Sc. or MA in Mathematics or Statistics with an aggregate of at least 55%.
